It has been updated every year since 2004 by the founders of BallparkGIS, Martha S. Rodgers, MBA, GISP, and her husband Jim Rodgers, President of Research and Ground Truthing. Jim and Martha Rodgers have been in the GIS/mapping business for over 2 decades. They enjoyed living in downtown San Diego for several years.
